I am currently interning at Adobe Research, Paris.
I completed my PhD advised by Prof. Mark Pauly in May 2026 at the Geometric Computing Laboratory, EPFL. In the fall, I am rejoining the lab as a postdoctoral researcher.
I am interested in physics-based simulation, optimization, computational design, and digital fabrication.
During my PhD, I was fortunate to work with Prof. Eitan Grinspun (University of Toronto) and Prof. Julian Panetta (UC Davis). I interned at Disney Research | Studios in the Rendering and Simulation group working with Vinicius Da Costa De Azevedo and Jingwei Tang.
I hold a double MSc in Computational Science and Engineering from EPFL and Politecnico di Milano. I received my BSc in Mathematical Engineering at Politecnico di Milano.

- Oct 2025 — Our C-Tubes code received the Graphics Replicability Stamp.
- Jul 2025 — We received the Best Paper Honorable Mention at SIGGRAPH 2025 for our work on C-Tubes!
- Jul 2025 — The C-Tubes code is now publicly available.
- May 2025 — Our paper C-Tubes: Design and Optimization of Tubular Structures Composed of Developable Strips got accepted at SIGGRAPH 2025!
- Feb 2025 — I joined Disney Research | Studios for an internship in the Rendering and Simulation group.
- Oct 2024 — We released the Tencers code.
- Sep 2024 — Our paper Tencers: Tension-Constrained Elastic Rods got accepted at SIGGRAPH Asia 2024!
- Jul 2023 — We released the code to simulate Elastic Knots.
- May 2023 — Our paper Computational Exploration of Multistable Elastic Knots got accepted at SIGGRAPH 2023!
- Oct 2022 — I gave a talk at Graphyz 2 about Multi-stable elastic knots with self-contact.
